Physical Culture

In verse 20 of the Havamal we read:

"A greedy man, if he be not mindful,
eats to his own life's hurt:
oft the belly of the fool will bring him to scorn
when he seeks the circle of the wise."

It seems clear that our ancestors took one's physical health very seriously. Have too big of a belly was seen as a sign that a man was not able to properly control himself. Poor physical condition, also, could mean the difference between life and death.

It is incumbent upon us to also heed this ancient wisdom and ensure that our bodies are health, strong, and well taken care of. For, just as in the past, poor physical condition can mean the difference between a short miserable life and long prosperous one. Despite what the SJW would have you believe fat is NOT healthy or beautiful.

Below, I have compiled a list of articles that teach the foundations of Western Physical Culture. These will teach you how to become strong, improve your health, and help you create a physique admired (and envied) by all.
